We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR professional to join our growing team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance and leave
- Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage training and development requirements
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and management
- Support HR compliance and organizational requirements
- Work closely with the Operations and Management teams on workforce planning and people-related initiatives
What We’re Looking For
-4–5 years of relevant HR experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
-Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
