Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of our travel and tourism company. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, performance, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, HR records, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, retention, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, benefits, and salary-related HR inputs with the finance team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes,



and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR reports.
- Advise management on employee relations, workforce requirements, and HR strategy.
- Foster a positive, skilled, and productive workplace culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labour compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, target-driven travel environment.
