Job Title: HR Payroll Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, employee salary records, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Collect, verify, and maintain attendance and leave data.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, incentives, and other payroll components.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee payroll and salary records.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement for exiting employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and payroll information.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6 years of relevant experience in HR Payroll or a similar payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software/tools.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Must have a personal laptop/computer with a proper working setup.
- Must have a smartphone and secure Wi-Fi/high-speed internet connection.
- Candidate should have a reliable work-from-home setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
