We’re Hiring – Junior HR Executive (Manufacturing)

2-6 years experience | Blue-collar workforce essential

? The Role in One LineYou'll be the first friendly face a new hire meets — and the last responsible hand that ensures a departing employee leaves with respect (and a fully cleared laptop).

? What You'll Actually DoOn the Way In (Onboarding)

- Turn a signed offer letter into a great first day — docs, desk, ID, email, payroll, and the all-important "welcome kit."
- Run induction sessions that don't put people to sleep.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, and Finance so the new hire isn't chasing 5 people on Day 1.

On the Way Out (Offboarding)
- Manage exit formalities: resignation acceptance, clearance, asset recovery, full & final settlement coordination.
- Conduct exit interviews and actually flag patterns to management (not just file them).
- Ensure the exit is clean, compliant,



and humane — no ghosting, no loose ends.

In Between
- Keep HRMS/records audit-ready.
- Improve the onboarding/offboarding SOPs — because "we've always done it this way" is not a strategy.

✅ What You Bring

- 2–4 years in HR operations / onboarding / offboarding
- Comfort with HRMS, MS Excel, and documentation
- Solid follow-up discipline (this role dies without it)
- Empathy + confidentiality — you'll handle sensitive exits
- Bonus: experience with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity)

Must have MBA/PGDM (HR) OR Diploma in Labour Laws

Proficiency in MS Excel & biometric systems
