Role Description
The Customer Support Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, accurate information about properties, services, and processes. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, emails,



and in-person interactions, documenting customer concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution. The representative will maintain customer records, follow up on open cases, and support efforts to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. The role also involves proactively identifying common issues, suggesting improvements, and upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer-centric service.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
