We’re Hiring: Executive & Creative Assistant to the Founder & CEO

Twilight Post LLP is looking for a highly organised, articulate and creatively inclined professional to work closely with our Founder & CEO.

This is not a conventional Personal Assistant role. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Founder’s Office, supporting executive coordination, creative development and industry engagement.

A major part of this position involves capturing ideas during brainstorming sessions and quickly transforming them into clear, engaging and well-structured written material. Therefore, exceptional writing skills are essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments and daily priorities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with producers, directors, clients and other industry professionals

• Accompany the Founder to business meetings, seminars, screenings and industry events

• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes and follow up on action points

• Organise travel, accommodation and ticket bookings





• Capture ideas during brainstorming sessions and quickly develop them into structured write-ups

• Convert creative discussions into concepts, synopses, treatments, presentations and initial script drafts

• Prepare first drafts of NDAs, contracts, proposals and other business documents

• Conduct research related to films, producers, projects and potential collaborations

• Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive information

Who we are looking for:

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience

• Exceptional creative and professional writing skills

• Ability to understand an idea quickly and express it clearly in writing

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bengali; proficiency in Hindi is preferred

• Solid documentation, research and presentation skills

• Genuine interest in cinema, storytelling, media, VFX and film production

• Comfortable engaging with senior produce
