Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the design, testing, and installation of electrical panels, switchgear, isolators, MCCBs, RCCBs, and other related equipment.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure high-quality products meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall product performance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards.

Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in the power industry with a focus on electrical panel testing and commissioning.
- Solid knowledge of IEC/IEEE/IS/CBIP/UL/EN standards for electrical equipment.
- Experience working with various types of electrical panels (e.g., ACBs, MCBs), switchgear (e.g., circuit breakers), isolators (e.g., disconnectors).
- Proven track record of implementing effective quality control measures.
