Role Description
As a Co-Founder at The Tripsutra, this full time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Co-Founder will help shape overall business strategy, define growth priorities, and oversee key operations across visa services, corporate travel,



documentation, and leisure travel segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales and marketing initiatives, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery, optimize processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences. The Co-Founder will also manage financial planning at a high level, monitor performance metrics, and represent the brand in client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder discussions.
