Founded by Rekha Somavarapu, the brand opened its first store in March 2024 at Road No. 36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Starla Jewels aims to expand across multiple locations in India and internationally over the next few years. The brand focuses on creating exquisite collections for every occasion, including daily office wear, classic solitaires, partywear, and wedding jewellery. All jewellery pieces come with international certifications, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality and authenticity.

Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Starla Jewels store in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving in-store sales by engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable jewellery pieces. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process, including product presentations, order processing, billing,



and after-sales follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping accurate inventory records, and supporting promotional activities and events. The role also involves mentoring junior sales staff, collecting customer feedback, and collaborating with management to achieve sales targets and support the brand’s growth plans.

Qualifications
- Robust retail sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills, preferably within jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers professionally.
- Ability to manage inventory, handle POS systems, and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and contributing to store-level marketing or promotional activities.
