Telesales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.




- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales and calling reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Telecalling, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,887.21 - ₹14,000.00 per month
