Events & Community Executive
, you will help manage relationships with existing CELEX members while supporting the development of new industry partnerships.

You will act as a bridge between CELEX members, potential partners, and the internal team to ensure projects,
collaborations, and industry initiatives run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will come from
hospitality, weddings, luxury events, or brand partnerships
and understands how to coordinate multiple moving parts while maintaining skilled communication.

This role involves coordinating multiple conversations and projects across the wedding and hospitality industry.
A typical week may include:
- Communicating with CELEX members regarding content submissions and partnership updates
- Researching and identifying new wedding professionals to invite into the CELEX network
- Conducting outreach emails and follow-ups with prospective partners
- Preparing briefs or presentations for venue and destination partnerships
- Coordinating discussions between vendors, hotels, and the CELEX team
- Updating internal tracking documents and partnership progress
