Role & responsibilities
- Drive branch business growth by acquiring new customers and increasing product penetration.
- Achieve assigned targets for CASA, Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Investments, and other banking products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and timely resolution of queries.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and support branch staff to achieve business and service objectives.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Identify business opportunities in the local market and implement strategies to increase branch profitability.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, and local business networking.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes and controls.




- Monitor branch productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain branch hygiene, security standards, and operational risk controls.
- Track competition activities and market trends to strengthen branch performance.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
- Promote a customer-centric culture and maintain high service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Retail Banking.
- Age below 40 years.
- Robust sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of branch operations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
