Roles & Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend applications using Python.
Design and build APIs, microservices, and business modules.
Contribute to Payroll, Workforce Management, and Accounting modules.
Work on AI-powered features and intelligent business automation.
Develop database models and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Mobile, and DevOps teams.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Build secure and maintainable enterprise-grade software components.
