Khandaani is a design house reinterpreting India’s textiles, architecture and material culture into modern clothing.
We’re building a brand that is more than just clothes, the way we shoot, write, communicate, collaborate and present the work is as important as the products themselves.
The Role
This isn’t a role where you’ll be given a fixed list of things to execute.
As a Creative & Brand Direction Intern, you’ll help shape how Khandaani shows up everywhere — from shoots and campaigns to content, collaborations and brand communication.
You’ll work directly with the founder on creative direction, positioning and taste, and have a say in how ideas actually come together.
You might look at a campaign concept one day, work on a shoot the next, help shape a collaboration, or question why a piece of content doesn’t feel like Khandaani.
The role is intentionally broad because we don’t want you working in just one creative lane.
What You’ll Work On
- Creative direction for shoots, campaigns and content
- Developing campaign concepts and creative ideas
- Shaping Khandaani’s visual and cultural language
- Working on brand positioning and communication
- Reviewing and directing content across social media and other platforms
- Collaborating with designers, photographers, filmmakers, writers and other creatives
- Helping bring different creative disciplines into one cohesive direction
- Exploring collaborations and finding compelling ways for Khandaani to show up
- Building references, moodboards and creative frameworks when needed
- Working closely with the founder on the overall creative direction of the brand
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t necessarily need the strongest résumé. We’re looking for someone with real taste and a strong point of view.
You might be a good fit if:
- You can tell the difference between something that simply looks good and something that
