We are looking for Sales & Outreach Interns to help build PlotArmour Studio's client pipeline.

You will research businesses, identify relevant prospects, find decision-makers, conduct personalized outreach, follow up with prospects and help move qualified opportunities from the first conversation toward meetings and eventual conversion.

The role currently focuses on acquiring clients for two areas:

PlotArmour Studio: custom online and digital systems for businesses, including websites, applications, portals, e-commerce, automation, integrations and other technology solutions.

Verity: business operations software for organizations that need better ways to manage interconnected workflows, data and processes.

This is an execution-heavy role. You will be expected to take ownership of a pipeline rather than simply compile lead lists.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities
- Research businesses and identify relevant potential clients.
- Identify founders, owners, directors and other appropriate decision-makers.




- Understand each prospect before approaching them and identify a genuine business problem or chance.
- Build and maintain a structured prospect pipeline.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email and other approved channels.
- Write and test first-contact and follow-up messages.
- Follow up consistently without resorting to generic or spam-based outreach.
- Handle initial prospect conversations and understand their requirements.
- Qualify opportunities for PlotArmour Studio, Verity, or both.
- Coordinate discovery calls and meetings with the appropriate PlotArmour team members.
- Maintain complete records of prospects, outreach, responses and next actions in the company's internal system.
- Support proposal preparation with prospect research and meeting context.
- Work against individual and team-level weekly acquisition targets.
- Submit daily work updates and participate in weekly performance reviews.
