Role Objective
We are looking for a hands-on
Full Stack Product Engineer
who will work closely with our technology and data team to convert REOR’s existing MVP applications into stable, scalable and production-ready systems.
The engineer will be responsible for building the production application layer around REOR’s existing data models, algorithms and dedicated cloud SQL database.
The role requires strong ownership across frontend development, backend APIs, database integration,
cloud deployment, security and application performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMVP to Production
- Convert existing MVP applications into production-ready software.
- Review and restructure existing application code where required.
- Improve code quality, modularity, maintainability and performance.
- Build production-grade frontend and backend architecture.
- Develop reusable application components across REOR modules.
- Move applications through Development, UAT and Production environments.
- Ensure applications are stable enough for deployment across multiple retail clients.
Frontend Development
- Build and maintain contemporary web applications using
React and TypeScript

- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
