We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong expertise in pad printing template creation to support our product development and manufacturing processes. The role involves designing precision-based, production-ready artworks for miniature models, die-cast toys, and plastic components.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pad printing plate preparation, along with robust design capabilities across digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create pad printing templates and artworks for miniature models, toys, and components
- Prepare print-ready files, including color separation, alignment, and registration
- Design creatives for product branding, packaging, and marketing materials
- Develop product mockups for presentations and approvals
- Coordinate with production and tooling teams to ensure design feasibility
- Ensure print quality control (color accuracy, placement, detailing)
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
- Work with cross-functional teams: product development, marketing, and sales
- Stay updated on latest printing technologies and design trends
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong hands-on experience in pad printing processes and template creation
- Experience in toys, die-cast models, plastic products, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Understanding of printing on curved/irregular surfaces (plastic/metal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Education:
Any Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
