Job Responsibilities
- Call interested leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Explain the Mobitrons app and its benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Guide customers through the app installation and registration process.
- Follow up with interested leads and assist them until successful registration.
- Answer basic customer queries and provide proper guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Achieve assigned performance targets.
Requirements
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are sufficient.
- Basic computer/system knowledge required.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Freshers can also apply.
