As we continue to expand our presence in the Indian market, we are looking for a
Sales Manager – Domestic Business who
can take ownership of customer acquisition, market development, revenue growth and key-account management.

This is a
hands-on B2B sales role
for a commercially driven professional who enjoys meeting customers, developing relationships and converting opportunities into business.

The Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growing Kelvin's
domestic B2B business across India
.





The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian
flavours & fragrances, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, oral care, speciality chemicals or related ingredient markets
, along with a proven track record of acquiring and developing customers.

We are looking for someone who can
open doors, build relationships, generate enquiries, convert opportunities and grow recurring business.

Key Responsibilities1. New Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers across the Indian market.
- Develop new business opportunities for Kelvin's Essential Oils, Natural Isolates and Aroma Chemicals.
- Build a robust and continuously growing pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct systematic prospecting through customer visits, referrals, industry networks, LinkedIn, databases, exhibitions and direct outreach.
- Identify new industries, applications and customer segments where Kelvin's products can be positioned.
- Take ownership
