What would you do?
Independently managing procurement contracting projects using templates and playbooks.
- Owning redlining of documents, proposing alternatives,



and negotiating terms, escalating only when exceptions exceed playbook guidance.
- Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers and ensuring accurate reflection in contracts.
- Advising stakeholders on interpretation, risks, and governance standards.
- Preparing and sharing updates on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications.
- Coordinating with Legal and Contracting COE for escalations and governance alignment.
- Using AI tools to streamline redlining, clause review, and summarize with validated, compliant outputs.
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams.
- Managing concurrent contracting workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environments. What are we looking for?
