Job Description
The key responsibilities are -
- Manage and improve daily operations across departments in the dealership
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
- Work closely with senior leadership across multiple departments to plan and execute business objectives.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive process optimisation.
- Lead and support teams to achieve effective operations.





The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Robust experience in managing and leading a construction equipment dealership
- The candidate needs to be both commercially and operationally strong and should either have managed dealership in the construction equipment space or a commercial vehicle dealership
- Should have a strong understanding of systems and processes while also having a strong understanding of revenue and growth
- Should have a decent exposure of managing a sizeable scale of business
- Should have a good team management experience
