Role: R&D; Data Analyst Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze R&D;/project-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support R&D; decision-making.
- Maintain and update databases, datasets, and data documentation.
- Work with R&D; teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs. Identify data discrepancies, errors, and gaps and coordinate for corrections.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Extract and manipulate data using SQL.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements.
- Track project KPIs, timelines, costs, productivity, and other R&D; metrics. Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.




- Present analytical findings and insights to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation

Required Skills:
- Strong MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, charts, etc.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Data cleaning and validation.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
