Placement Strategy & Delivery

- Develop and execute a scalable placement strategy and has capacity to develop mass hiring plans
n
- Own end-to-end placement performance including volume, quality, compensation benchmarks, and retention.

- Build structured placement pipelines across clinical, allied health, and health-tech roles.

- Leverage data analytics to optimize placement outcomes and forecast demand trends.
n
- Corporate Partnerships & Business Development
n
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, Information technology, manufacturing, diagnostics chains, health-tech startups, telemedicine platforms, and insurance/TPA companies.
n
- Drive key account management for large healthcare employers and enterprise clients.
n
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging hiring segments within digital health and tech-enabled care delivery.
n
- Negotiate commercial terms, hiring agreements, and long-term engagement models.

Health-Tech Industry Integration

- Engage with health-tech firms across EMR/EHR, AI diagnostics, remote monitoring, and digital therapeutics.
n
- Align talent supply with evolving job roles such as care coordinators, medical coders, health data analysts, and telehealth executives.

- Enable internship-to-hire models, project-based hiring, and workforce solutions for tech-enabled healthcare companies.

- Ensure high-quality fulfilment of hiring mandates with a focus on turnaround time and candidate-job fit.

- Oversee job-readiness interventions including communication skills, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.

- Implement CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to track pipeline, conversions, and partner engagement.
