We are looking for a detail-oriented and market-savvy Equity Dealer to join our trading desk. The successful candidate will execute client-instructed trades, monitor market movements in real time, and support day-to-day dealing and back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on dealing platform experience who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment and communicates clearly with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity trades accurately and promptly as instructed by clients
- Continuously track stock market movements, prices, and relevant news
- Address client queries related to trades, positions, and account activity
- Support back-office functions and related operational activities as required
- Maintain accurate trade records and assist with reconciliation and reporting
- Ensure all dealing activity complies with applicable exchange and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on trading experience on the ODIN or NEST dealing platform
- NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives certification (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Clear verbal articulation and strong client communication skills
