We provide the curriculum, the setup blueprint, the admissions engine and the operating systems. Ignify Solutions is an ISO 9001:2015 certified K-12 education consulting firm with 65+ school engagements across India.
We are now expanding pan-India and are looking for a Centre Manager who can take a pre school from an empty space to a full classroom – and then do it again in the next city.
About the Role
This is not a desk job at a single centre. You will own the end-to-end launch and ramp-up of new pre schools across India – setup, admissions, marketing and operations – working directly with the founding team. If you have run a pre school and know what actually fills seats, this role lets you do it at scale and earn on every centre you help set up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre School Setup & Launch
- Drive new pre school launches end-to-end, from site readiness to the first day of class
- Evaluate proposed locations, layouts and catchment areas against Ignify setup standards
- Coordinate vendors for infrastructure, furniture, play equipment, signage and classroom setup
- Track setup timelines, budgets and milestones for every centre and flag slippages early
- Support licensing, registration and statutory compliance documentation for each centre
- Run pre-launch readiness checks before handover to the owner
