Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for clients.
- Provide technical expertise on HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation Benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing using SAP ERP systems.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices in an IT environment; knowledge of SAP ERP system integration with other business applications a plus.
