Job Description / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with nursing schools, healthcare institutions, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Manage and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and candidate expectations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the nursing industry and recruitment trends to enhance hiring strategies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
