Role Description
The Operations and Delivery Lead is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This position oversees end-to-end project delivery for solar installations, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves managing field and technical teams,



collaborating with sales and design teams, and monitoring daily operations across multiple sites. The Operations and Delivery Lead will track performance metrics, resolve delivery challenges, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also includes continuous process improvement, vendor coordination, and regular reporting to leadership on operational status and project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong project management and operations leadership skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.
- Experience in solar energy, power, or related infrastructure domains, with understanding of installation workflows and safety standards.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, build effective stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
