Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee tour packages, holiday packages, tours, and travel sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to drive business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in a similar role within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and strategy implementation.
- Solid knowledge of airline reservation systems, GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo), hotel booking engines (Sabre).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
