Role Summary

The Delivery Head for a Strategic Account is responsible for end-to-
end delivery ownership, client satisfaction, and account growth for a high-value,long-term client relationship. This role ensures successful execution of programs,

Alignment with client business goals, and continuous improvement
In delivery excellence, financial performance, and team capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Client Leadership
- Act as the single point of ownership for delivery across all programs within the strategic account
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships with client stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning delivery outcomes with client business

objectives
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth

2. Delivery Excellence
- Own end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- Ensure delivery governance, metrics, and reporting are consistently applied
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues




- Drive continuous improvement through best practices, automation, anDI nnovation.

3. Financial & Commercial Management
- Own account-level P&L;, revenue, margins, and cost optimization
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and SLAs
- Support deal structuring, renewals, change requests, and expansions
- Forecast revenue and capacity accurately

4. People & Capability Leadership
- Lead and mentor delivery managers, program managers, and technical leaders
- Ensure optimal staffing, skill development, and succession planning
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and cooperative culture
- Drive employee engagement and retention within the account

5. Strategic Growth & Transformation
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell
- Partner with sales, solutioning, and leadership teams on growth initiatives
