About the Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst - Digital Marketing (Meta Ads) who thinks in numbers and is fuelled by ROAS. You'll sit at the intersection of performance marketing and data- executing and optimising ad campaigns for our clients while constantly digging into the numbers to find what's actually driving growth.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to just "run ads." You'll own campaign performance end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting,



and optimisation - and you'll be expected to know the difference between a campaign that looks positive and one that's actually working. You also get to work with our clientele which includes biggest D2C players across India, Dubai and US.

What You'll Own
- Execute all advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), along with Google Ads.
- Plan and optimise account strategy in close collaboration with the team.
- Build and maintain advertising strategies that consistently drive growth for our clients.
- Use data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and KPIs, driving continuous improvement in both strategy and output.
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular reports on effectiveness and ROI - you think in numbers, and ROAS is your north star.
- Maintain a strong command of Excel for reporting, and build a solid working understanding of the D2C funnel - from awareness to conversion.
