We're looking for someone to be that zero-to-one partner with us: someone who can recruit for creative and marketing roles with real taste, real hustle, and real judgment.

What you'll do
- Talk to founders and brand leaders directly - understand not just what they're asking for, but what they actually need, by asking the right questions and reading between the lines.
- Scout and reach out to candidates on LinkedIn, at volume - this is a manual, high-touch process, and the more organized you are (and the smarter you use AI to help), the further you'll get.
- Use your own judgment to call whether someone's a real fit - for the role and for the business behind it. You'll need to put yourself in the founder's shoes.
- Shortlist candidates, manage the pipeline,



and keep communication instant - same-day replies to clients and candidates, always. No one waits two days to hear back from you.
- Close the gap between what a client wants and what a candidate wants - get both sides to yes, without overselling either one.
- Schedule and prep everyone for calls, interviews, and conversations - meticulously.
- Build relationships for the long term, not just the placement - a candidate who isn't right for one role today might be exactly right for something six months from now.
- Help build the processes and systems for how this team recruits - from the ground up, alongside us.

One of these helps a lot: you've worked inside a creative agency, you've been a creative yourself (editor, videographer, photographer, or similar - anyone with a real eye), you've run something creative of your own, or you've freelanced in a creative role.
