Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The intern will manage and grow Slaylad’s social media presence by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, designing or coordinating visuals, and monitoring engagement and audience feedback. The role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the team to align social media initiatives with brand messaging and promotional activities.



The intern will also contribute creative ideas for campaigns that promote Slaylad’s mission of healthier food choices and lifestyle.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for transparent messaging, collaboration, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, scheduling platforms) is beneficial.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle branding are preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
