Role Purpose

To build, manage, and retain a high-performing clinic team by owning recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, attendance, documentation, and staff coordination. The HR executive ensures smooth people operations, strong discipline, and a professional workplace culture that supports patient experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Handle end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles: doctors, therapists,



nurses, counselors, receptionists, sales staff, support staff, and coordinators.
- Work with management to forecast manpower needs and plan hiring timelines.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, WhatsApp groups, and local networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate final interviews, and manage offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

2. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee file creation.
- Conduct structured onboarding: clinic tour, role briefing, SOP introduction, team introduction, and basic training coordination.
- Ensure current hires receive ID, access, uniform, and required tools on Day 1.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins in the first 30–60 days to improve retention.
