About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our Project Sales team in Chennai. The role involves managing project sales, engaging with prospective customers, conducting site visits, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales of residential units within the assigned project.




- Conduct site visits and provide customers with accurate information about pricing, specifications, payment plans, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project/unit options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate referrals and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with back-office, legal, accounts, and other internal teams for smooth documentation and transaction processes.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate for prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records on Salesforce on a daily basis.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain the sales pipeline.
