The Guest Relation Executive t is responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. They act as the first point of contact for customers and assist in maintaining productive restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Guest Relations & Reception:*
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations through phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Maintain an updated seating chart and coordinate table assignments.
- Handle special guest requests, including dietary preferences and seating arrangements.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
*Reservation & Seating Management:*
- Ensure proper documentation of reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to maximize seating efficiency.
- Communicate wait times and manage queue effectively.
*Administrative & Operational Support:*
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist in menu presentation and provide basic information about the restaurant’s offerings.
- Support the F&B; team with administrative tasks such as billing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Communication & Coordination:*
- Liaise between guests and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Inform the kitchen and service teams of special guest requests or VIP arrivals.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events and special occasions.
*Requirements:*
Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in reservation management systems.
Knowledge of F&B; operations and restaurant etiquette.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
