Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the sales function at Vasudha Grand. This person will manage the sales team and Business Development (BD) executives, drive plot sales from lead to closing, and be directly responsible for achieving revenue targets. This is a hands-on leadership role, part strategist, part coach, part closer.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of 2–5 Sales Executives and BDs.
- Own the end-to-end sales process: lead follow-up, site visits, client negotiations, and deal closing.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets, and drive the team to achieve them.
- Train and mentor the team on product knowledge, pitch, and objection-handling.




- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and property brokers.
- Work closely with the marketing team, share feedback on lead quality and support campaign planning.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM; ensure timely, consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle pricing discussions and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback directly to the Founder.
- Coordinate with the site, sales, and documentation teams for a smooth client experience.
- Stay current on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and local regulations (RERA, HMDA, DTCP).

What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a team-leading or managerial role.
- A proven track record of closing high-value real estate deals (plots/villas experience preferred).
