We are looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team at Big Steps Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

n

The candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial leasing activities, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands, landlords, and investors, and driving successful leasing transactions.

n

The role requires solid market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle retail and commercial leasing transactions from lead generation to closure
n
- Identify and engage with potential brands, retailers, tenants,



and property owners
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brands
n
- Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and market trends
n
- Support clients with suitable commercial property solutions
n
- Manage lease discussions, negotiations, and documentation processes
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction execution
n
- Maintain market knowledge of commercial real estate trends and competitor activity
n
- Achieve leasing targets and business growth objectives
n

Requirements

n

n
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Leasing / Real Estate Advisory
n
- Strong understanding of retail, mall, and commercial property markets
n
- Experience in tenant acquisition, brand coordination, or leasing transactions
n
- Good negotiation and communication skills
n
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
n
- Strong market networking and business development skills
n
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
