Head – Banking &

- Treasury will be responsible for leading the Group's banking operations, foreign exchange management, treasury, and regulatory compliance functions. KRAs - Foreign Currency Hedging &Treasury; Management
- Banking Relationships &
- CreditLimits
- Regulatory &
- Banking Compliance
- Export Documentation &
- TradeFinance
- Management Reporting &
- Strategic Input. Sound understanding of FEMA,RBI regulations, EDPMS/IDPMS, export-import documentation, and overseas investment compliance (ODI/FDI framework). has demonstrated experience in foreign currencyhedging, forex risk management and treasury operations, Fund raising, etc.
