Role Description The Head Operations Department role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production and operations, ensuring that kiosk manufacturing meets quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets. The Head of Operations will plan and optimize workflows, manage capacity, and coordinate with research, design, procurement, and sales teams to align operational output with business goals and customer commitments.

The position involves setting performance metrics, monitoring operational data, resolving bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.



This leader will also manage and develop the operations team, enforce compliance with organizational policies and standards, and support strategic planning for expansion and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
- Experience in Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational targets.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or hardware production environments, ideally in kiosks, electronics, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, implement continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and manage complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in an industrial or production setting within the Greater Delhi Area.
