Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

Paper Plane Tales is looking for a Social Media Manager - Content & Design who will develop content ideas and create engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories and other social assets for the brands that we work with as an agency.

n

We are looking for someone who is experienced in working with social media content for brands end-to-end- from ideation, creation, scheduling, posting, to managing performance and engagement.

n

- 1-3 years into creating and managing social media content for brands, preferably in an agency environment

- Excited about working in a fast-moving, founder-led agency

- Passionate about using digital content and social media to build brands and drive success
n
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and adhering to deadlines

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop content ideas based on client strategies, content calendars, trends, formats and relevant content opportunities
n
- Create social media content including Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, straightforward designs and social assets using Canva
n
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and basic social copy
n
- Shoot photo/video content using a phone, edit short-form videos and reels and support in client shoots
n
- Manage day-to-day posting and,



scheduling across social platforms and track content performance
n
- Support community management, comments, DMs and engagement
n
- Create and manage content for Paper Plane Tales' own social media and marketing
n

Requirements:

n

n
- 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation for brands
n
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and platform specific trends
n
- Excellent Canva skills
n
- Good Reels and video editing skills - Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot or similar
n
- Good copywriting and English language skills
n
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance
n
