About the Role

n

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative production across our real estate marketing campaigns — from static creatives and brand collateral to reels, walkthroughs, and campaign videos. You'll work closely with the marketing operations, digital marketing, and pre-sales teams to translate project positioning into compelling visual and video content across digital, print, and on-ground channels.

Key Responsibilities

n

Design and produce high-quality creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, Google Display, YouTube), print collateral, hoardings, and sales kits

n

Edit and produce video content — project walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, ad films, and event coverage — for social media and campaign use

n

Own the visual brand identity across all project and corporate communication, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, and style

n

Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to understand campaign briefs and translate them into visual concepts

n

Manage end-to-end video production: shoot planning/coordination, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery

n

Design brochures, floor plans, signages, exhibition standees, and other pre-sales/sales enablement material

n

Work with external vendors (photographers, videographers, printers)



when needed and ensure quality control on deliverables

n

Maintain an organized creative asset library and ensure timely delivery against campaign calendars

n

Stay current with design trends, social media formats, and video content styles relevant to real estate marketing

n

Mentor junior designers/editors on the team (if applicable) and maintain design QC standards

n

Requirements

n

5–8 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally with exposure to real estate, retail, or lifestyle brands

n

Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing work

n

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) — knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus

n

Solid understanding of motion graphics, typography, layout, and color theory

n

Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)

n

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight timelines

n

Robust communication skills to interpret briefs and present creative concepts to stakeholders

n

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field preferred

n

Good to Have

n

Experience with 3D walkthroughs or architectural visualization

n

Basic photography/videography skills for on-site shoots

n

Familiarity with real estate marketing formats (project brochures, RERA-compliant creatives, etc.)
