We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team in Karol Bagh, Delhi. As a Telecaller, you will engage with potential customers and support them with their inquiries while promoting our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Calls: You will reach out to potential clients using provided contact lists, introducing our products and services effectively.

2. Customer Interaction: Address questions and concerns from customers, ensuring they have a positive experience during the call.

3. Data Entry: Record information about customer interactions and feedback in our system accurately for future reference.

4. Follow-Up: You will be responsible for following up with leads and keeping track of the status of each interaction.

5. Meeting Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly call targets set by the management, contributing to the overall sales goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Ideal candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English. A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection are essential. Being organized is important, as you will need to manage calls and notes efficiently. We welcome candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience, but a willingness to learn and adapt is vital. You should be comfortable working in an office environment and committed to contributing to the team's success.
