We are looking for a Service Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and be ready to work full time in the office. Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers by diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. You will troubleshoot problems, either remotely or on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on various machines to ensure their proper functioning. This helps in minimizing downtime and prolonging equipment life.

- Installation and Setup: Oversee the installation and configuration of new equipment. You will ensure that machines are set up correctly and functional according to specifications.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance procedures.



Good documentation helps in tracking service history and ensures compliance.
