We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee and enhance the cleanliness and organization of our spaces. This role combines leadership with hands-on tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Housekeeping Staff: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, guiding them to perform their duties efficiently and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

2. Training and Development: Train new team members on housekeeping protocols and safety measures, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and the importance of maintaining cleanliness.

3. Quality Control: Regularly inspect work areas and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards. Provide feedback and support to staff for continuous improvement.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and well-stocked for smooth operations.

5. Scheduling and Planning: Create daily and weekly cleaning schedules,



ensuring all areas are covered and staff are aware of their tasks and responsibilities.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively guide the team. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness are crucial. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
