About the Role:

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Head to lead plant operations, production, productivity and overall manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end plant operations, production planning and execution.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Own plant P&L;, budgets, costs and operational KPIs.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and resources.

Drive quality, safety, delivery and efficiency targets.

Manage cross-functional teams and develop plant leadership capabilities.





Identify process improvements and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
