Position: Head Security

Location: Lonavala, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall Security Department operations.
- Ensure safety and security of guests, employees, property and assets.
- Supervise security team deployment, discipline and performance.
- Train and develop team members on security, Fire & Safety and emergency procedures.
- Handle incidents, investigations, emergencies and crisis situations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with police, fire department and other emergency authorities.
- Ensure compliance with security, Fire & Safety standards and SOPs.
- Maintain security reports, records and departmental documentation.

Eligibility

1)Mandatory prior experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel or resort.

2)8–12 years of relevant experience in Security, preferably in hospitality.

- Strong knowledge of Fire & Safety, emergency response and crisis management.
- Robust leadership, communication and team-training skills.
- Ex-Defence/Police personnel will be preferred.

6)Must be willing to relocate to Lonavala.
