Position: Growth Manager Intern

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Identify and research potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Support outreach, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and customer relationship management.
- Create and manage social media, blog, email, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Work with AI tools and automation to improve sales and marketing processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM systems.
- Assist with sales presentations,



proposals, quotations, branding, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for ongoing campaigns.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work towards achieving campaign and business targets.
