Role Description The GRC Part-time Trainer will design and deliver Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) training sessions to learners at various levels of experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, guiding learners through practical exercises, and providing feedback on assignments and projects. The trainer will also support learners with interview preparation, clarify technical and conceptual doubts, and stay updated on current GRC standards and best practices.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in India,



requiring regular presence at the training location and collaboration with the broader training team to ensure consistent quality and learner success.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO, NIST, regulatory standards).
- Experience creating and delivering structured training content, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Ability to explain complex technical and compliance topics in clear, accessible language to diverse learner groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with a focus on learner engagement.
- Prior experience in GRC, information security, audit, or related IT domains is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in India in a part time capacity, with reliable time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certifications in GRC or cybersecurity (such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are a strong plus.
