Role Overview

Develop visual designs that communicate ideas effectively across digital and marketing channels.

The Graphic

Designer will work on a variety of creative requirements, including social media posts, promotional materials, website graphics, presentations, and brand assets. The role involves understanding design briefs, developing suitable concepts, refining visuals based on feedback, and ensuring that final designs meet quality and brand standards. Robust creative thinking, visual awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials

- Translate concepts and content briefs into visually appealing design layouts

- Develop banners, brochures, presentations, and other communication materials

- Work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to understand design requirements





- Select suitable typography, imagery, layouts, and visual elements for different design projects

- Resize and adapt creative assets according to the requirements of different platforms

- Review completed designs, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions

- Organise and maintain design files, source materials, and final creative assets

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant graphic design tools

- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual balance

- Good creative thinking and visual communication skills
